Our vision is to sustainably solve the nursing shortage in the German healthcare system. Therefore we have developed the first end-to-end technology solution for hospitals and care facilities to recruit, train and integrate international care professionals. We are reshaping the recruitment of international professionals by digitizing the process and making it more cost-saving and convenient than ever for all stakeholders. With our innovative approach, we are setting out to solve one of the biggest social problems of our time: the shortage of skilled nursing staff.
